To be fair, somebody did try to assassinate his boss a couple of years ago, and 4 US President have been killed while in office, plus the attempted assassination of another.

I don’t think the same is true of any Scandinavian premier.

Some Scandinavian PMs bike to work or take the subway, the Romanian and Moldovan presidents just go by regular commercial flights. More or less the same goes for most European heads of state.
