Norwegian Migration to USA?

Trump said he wants more immigrants from Norway. I have reviewed the offer, and I have to decline. The benefits package is terrible:

U.S. offers 2 weeks of vacation, if you're lucky; we get 5.
U.S. maternity leave is "good luck," while we get a year.
U.S. healthcare plan is GoFundMe, while ours is included in our taxes.
And the U.S. safety plan is just "thoughts and prayers."

Moving to the US is like leaving a spa to go work in a burning hot dog stand.
No thanks, we'll stay in the snow.
