Outrageously Idealistic Peace Proposal

Plan for ending the US/Venezuela War:
- US must reduce their military to half size
- US must hold elections within 100 days
- US must give Venezuela Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Florida
- No US forces in other countries
- EU gives US Security Guarantees against further Venezuela attacks
- Venezuela promises to stop attacking US
- US changes their constitution and can no longer join alliances
- All sanctions on Venezuela will be lifted
